When will my order arrive?

All orders ship within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking details.

Orders within Singapore should arrive within 1-3 business days of being shipped.
Orders to Malaysia should arrive within 3-6 business days of being shipped.
Orders to the rest of the world should arrive within 5-10 business days of being shipped.

These delivery timelines are estimates and orders may be subject to delays during peak periods. Please be patient if your order takes a little longer to arrive!

What’s the status of my order?

All orders ship within 3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to tracking your order as soon as our courier picks it up from our studio. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Can I change or update my order?

Our goal at MYË is to ship your order as soon as possible, so once you’ve hit submit, we are unable to make changes to most orders. If you need to change anything, please email hello@myeactive.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate any changes before your order is packed for shipping.

Unfortunately, if you’ve already received a shipping confirmation email, your order is in the hands of our courier and we will not be able to assist. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after your order is with our courier, we recommend directly reaching out to them for assistance.

Your orders ship from our humble design studio in sunny Singapore!
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
All international orders may be subjected to duties and taxes set out by your local customs authorities. Please check with your country’s customs office or website for more information.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We're sorry to hear that's happened to you. We recommend that you get in touch with our couriers right away for assistance as they would be the best at locating your package.

Once your order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What is your return policy?

*SALE TERMS: All orders purchased during our sale are non-refundable in cash. However, if you wish to return a purchase, we're happy to issue a refund in store credit.

We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of their delivery date. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached, in their original packaging.

You’re free to try on your items when you receive them (who doesn’t anyway) but please try bottoms on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Please also be careful of makeup, deodorant, and perfume rubbing off on your items.

Every order is sent in a FSC-certified kraft mailer that can be resealed - we encourage our customers to ship their returns back to us in it instead of using a brand new mailer!

How do I return or exchange an order within Singapore?

We offer easy returns and exchanges on all orders within Singapore. Just mail your items to us within 14 days of their delivery date for your return or exchange to be considered.

Here’s how to make a return or exchange within Singapore:

- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
- Items you want to exchange for (for exchanges only)

2. Once you have received a confirmation email of your returns or exchange request, pack your items into a mailer (we recommend using the resealable MYË kraft mailer that came with your purchase) and send it to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once your return package has been received, we will process it within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation in your email.

Please note that all shipping fees, duties, and taxes are to be borne by the customer.

How do I return or exchange an order from outside Singapore?

Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, refunds can take up to several days to be reflected in your credit card statement.

What do I do if I received a damaged item?
We’re sorry - this is really embarrassing! We pride ourselves in offering quality activewear that you can sweat in over, and over again, but mistakes can happen during production. If you’ve received a defective item, please get in touch with hello@myeactive.com right away with a photo of the defect and we’ll get in touch ASAP.
What is my size?

Shopping online can be tricky, especially when it comes to activewear, so we’ve come up with a size guide to help you find your perfect fit. For best results, we recommend using a measuring tape.

What if I'm in between sizes?

If you prefer a more compressive fit, we suggest sizing down. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.

You may also want to consider the activities you’ll be doing in our pieces. If you’re in between sizes, we would recommend sizing down for higher-impact activities like HIIT, running, and boxing.

Are your leggings squat-proof?
Absolutely! We know how frustrating see-through leggings can be so we promise all our leggings and shorts are 100% not sheer, and completely squat-proof (and downward dog-proof).
Can I exchange or return an order if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, you can. We offer easy exchanges and returns to our customers in Singapore, and easy returns to our international customers.

Just a little note: shipping packages back and forth creates a lot of unnecessary greenhouse gases that’s bad for the earth so we urge all our customers to shop carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments. What materials do you use for your products?

Everything you see on our site is made from our signature smooth ReGen fabric.

Our sustainable ReGen fabric is made from 73% recycled water bottles (RPET) and 27% spandex. It is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® and Global Recycled Standard certified.

It's also designed for performance. This means that it's sweat-wicking, compressive, and has amazing 4-way stretch, keeping you supported through even the toughest of workouts!

How do I wash and look after my MYË pieces?
We recommend washing your MYË pieces in cold water with a gentle detergent, then hang them up to dry naturally. Never ever put your MYË garments into a dryer or a washing machine on a high-heat wash cycle as this will greatly reduce the life cycle of your items.
Are all your products eco-friendly?

You bet they are. All the bras, leggings, and shorts you see on our site are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles that we’ve saved from polluting oceans and landfills. Using recycled polyester instead of virgin polyester for our products also means a lot less resources are used during the manufacturing process.

Is your packaging eco-friendly too?

Absolutely! All our packing materials are 100% biodegradable and completely plastic-free.

Instead of using plastic garment bags, we keep your items protected during shipping with a recyclable kraft paper wrapper.

Our mailers are FSC-certified and made from recyclable kraft paper. They’re also resealable which means you can reuse them for returns!

We didn’t stop there. We’ve also printed our hangtags and thank you cards on seed paper that grow into little saplings when you plant them.

Where do you manufacture?
We only work with trusted manufacturers who take proper care of their staff. All our products are made in Guangzhou, China with our partner factory that promises fair wages and a safe and clean working environment for all employees. Rest assured that everything you see on our site is 100% ethically made.
What is the Sustainability Index?

The Sustainability Index lets you know roughly how much more environmentally friendly a product is compared to traditional non-sustainable options.

Based on how much recycled fabric is consumed during the manufacture of a product, we are able to approximate the number of recycled water bottles each product is made from. The Sustainability Index also displays an estimate of how much carbon dioxide (CO2) and water was saved with each product, compared to traditional methods using virgin polyester textiles.

The Sustainability Index can be found under the product information on every product page, and is specific to the product being displayed.
